GENEVA, April 11 (Reuters) - The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Friday it doubted any hospital in Baghdad was still working because of "anarchy" on the city's streets.
Spokeswoman Nada Doumani said she had just spoken to ICRC official Roland Huguenin-Benjamin in the Iraqi capital and that he had told her that "probably there are no more hospitals functioning because of looting, lack of medical personnel, people are scared."
"It is anarchy," she quoted him as saying.

BAGHDAD (AFP) - A Baghdad hospital visited by a team of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) was in "catastrophic" state, an ICRC official said.
"The situation is chaotic and catastrophic," ICRC medical coordinator Peter Tarabula told AFP at Al-Kindi hospital, one of the biggest medical centers in Baghdad.
