This week, the story of Margie Schoedinger and "Zippergate" circulated again through some channels of the internet. However this time, her story had a tragic end. Apparently, she committed suicide, but already in September. As in the first place, the Pravda picked up her story again

Margie Schoedinger dies as a result of a gunshot wound to the head
Margie Schoedinger, the woman who allegedly filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in December 2002, claiming that she had been raped, has died of a gunshot wound to the head, registered officially as "suicide".
The allegations were serious: the law suit apparently filed against George W. Bush in the County Civil Court in Fort Bend County, Texas, on 2nd December 2002, claimed that George Bush, the former Governor or Texas and current President of the United States of America, had committed "individual sex crimes" against her and her husband.
Margie Schoedinger further stated that after the claim, she had been harassed, that her bank account had been interfered with, that she had been threatened and beaten. She claimed 1 million USD in actual damages plus 49 million USD in punitive damages and emotional stress caused by the alleged incidents.
Court documents filed on December 4th 2002 mention Bush, giving him 20 days to respond or appear in a court in Fort Bend. These papers were initialed by Fort Bend County Deputy Clerk, Becky Kasper. However, due to the ambiguous nature of the claims, which have never been substantiated, it is unclear whether the President of the USA was served with the suit.
Whatever the case, Margie Schoedinger is dead. At 38 years of age, she died on Monday 22nd September 2003. The Harris Country Examiner's Office states "gunshot wound to the head" and "suicide".
Woman Who Filed Sex Suit Against Bush Dead -11-10-3
Woman who filed sexual assault lawsuit against bush confirmed dead, cause of death listed as "gunshot wound to head"...
I finally got some confirmation from an obit in the Houston Chronicle that Margie Schoedinger, the woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Bush last year, died in September.
I called the Harris County Medical Examiner's office, which lists her cause of death as a "gunshot wound to the head" and "suicide." Anyone versed in CIA/Mafia lingo knows that "suicide" sometimes means "murder" or at least carries with it some pressure to commit suicide by outside parties, such as those against whom that person has filed a lawsuit. I'm not yet saying this is a murder - you draw your own conclusion.
When I talked to Schoedinger in July she sounded in good health. She was only 38. It's another weird tragedy surrounding the Bush administration - and this one has received NO mention from the media.
Here is the info and link from the paper:

Here are the two stories about the lawsuit which were widely circulated on the net:

* GlobalFreePress and INN Report tried this week, to find out more news about the case, but had not much luck. We called the obituary office and contacted her lawyer. Both didn't help much. Her obituary was released in a local paper of Missouri City, but we couldn't find out yet, which one. Another dead end appears to be the Complaint (today the server had a glitch, but we saved some documents last week)
We also contacted Jackson Thoreau, who wrote about Schoedinger in 2002. We will bring updates, if he finds out more.
