In September, Chavez claimed that his government had a videotape showing a
CIA officer training
Venezuelan police and civilians in spying.
"One day it will come out," Chavez said when asked by reporters about the
videotape.
The U.S. Embassy had no immediate comment on Wednesday's claims by Maduro.

A Florida company accused of working with dissidents to overthrow the Venezuelan government rejected on Saturday videotape evidence allegedly linking them to subversive activities.
The Venezuelan unit of Florida-based security company Wackenhut denied that the video - presented Wednesday by legislators allied with President Hugo Chavez - showed CIA agents advising Venezuelans in June on how to destabilize the country later this year.
"The video was in reality filmed in the installations of Wackenhut Venezolana, C.A in September 2002 during an ordinary meeting of company officials, relating to security services offered to a client," the company said in an ad placed in El Nacional newspaper.
A spokeswoman for the Palm Beach Gardens-based company did not immediately return a phone call Saturday.
Ruling party lawmaker Nicolas Maduro claimed the three men in the video were U.S. secret agents training dissident military officers and municipal police in espionage and "terrorist" tactics.
The U.S. Embassy said the video showed an event held by a private security company, not CIA agents. It added that the U.S. government did not participate in the event.
Wackenhut will change name to Geo Group Inc.

More than 15 years after George Wackenhut steered his venerable security firm into the business of managing prisons, the spin-off is shedding his name, under a plan announced Tuesday.
Wackenhut Corrections Corp., the Palm Beach Gardens prison-management company, formally controlled by 49-year-old Wackenhut Corp., will ask its shareholders next month to change its name to The Geo Group Inc.
A series of corporate transactions and divestitures led to the proposed name change.
Most importantly, last year the parent company, founded in Miami in 1954, was acquired by Group 4 Falck A/S, of Denmark.

A MASSIVE United States company accused of doctoring computer software to allow the CIA to spy on foreign governments is running key Australian jails and detention centres, including Brisbane's high-security Arthur Gorrie prison.
