Given that we have a critical election for Governor coming up, I thought it would support us to get together before November 5. I suggest Sunday October 13....1:00 until whenever at a South Orange County location close to an extremely large body of water.
This would amout to a 60-90 minute drive from San Diego, most of LA, and the Inland Empire, Temecula etc.
It would amount to a twenty minute drive for me in exchange for which I will coordinate and handle all the food and beverages for a $3.00 donation from each person.
I think it would be a good opportunity to get voter registration cards into the hands of DU'ers for their friends and family and get together on the issues and ballot initiatives. We would have one week left from registration deadline approximately if we choose this date.
