Paul,

there was some charme in your article.

This was one reason, why i released it at GFP in the "Letters" section.

Another reason was, that i hope, we can bury this issue now or keep it at buzzflash and other "liberal outlets", where it better belongs.

I'm neither a fan of "Rush" nor a fan of his enemies, nor i'm wasting my time with complaining about the U.S. Media on a progressive news portal.

We just ignore it!

(exception: tvnewslies brought an excellent study about CNN and there was something similar about FOX, but this was scientific and not a rant)

It's not the Media, which don't get their ass off, but the junk, who is watching or "boycotting" it.

Most of them lurk into Simpsons anyway or ignore the fact, that TIME WARNER run their lousy AOL cable account.

What a f**n hipocrisy, probably with some weed and amphetamine in their right hand.

If you would have read my editorials, you would have realised, that in my opinion progressive media should not even waste one second for people like Rush, Ann Coulter or O'Reilly (this includes rants, too.)

The fact, that your stuff was perfect, was the quality of its length.

One more paragraph and i would not hesitate to give it one kick into the trashcan.

What a fukin arrogant answer, you might say?

well... in these days, where people like Richard Perle are still allowed to say something, which is ignored by "liberal media haterzz", who couldn't even spell his name one year ago, i have no problem to spill my words, before it's not allowed anymore.

Sarcasm?

Nope, just my exclusive luxury to take some time for our readers :)

Let me tell you something:

I would not even celebrate, if FOX would go bancrupt tomorrow. It DOESN't HELP US!

Fact is, i feel pretty much offended with these kind of "anti-media"-distractions, which only help supporters of the bigger picture to suceed.

THEY imported these Distractions to keep you guys busy.

I hope Neil Postman was buried on his face, he would still get more heart attacks from the audience than the producers.

Read "The Surrender of Culture to Technology" and then you know what i'm talkin about.

If you can live with my snippy words, i hope you will put your talent into another piece, which helps us faster to get rid of this regime -before 2004 and not with water-carrier like Rush + Co.

Or better...help becoming the media :)

Sincerely,

Nico Haupt
